On superannuation on 30.11.2014, the gratuity and PF both are payable by company. But I applied only for releasing gratuity and not for PF, which I would like to withdraw after three month. But company says that if you will not fulfil the PF form, the gratuity cannot be released. company has trust for both.
How can a company compensate and remunerate its employee secretly that other employees don’t get to know?
