Implant Hr is now TalentMoon

16 months is a very short time for an organization to change its name. When we started off, the idea was to look at the business of HR as a relationship business. Implant Hr therefore looked like an ideal choice as the aim was to leave a positive impression on every person who came in contact with us, to leave a part of our values and vision with each of these people.

These 16 months have been full of learning and on the way, we have kept growing bigger. We have made sure that we make ourselves more useful. The focus has been on becoming better & not necessarily different. Many of the things that we started doing as part of our effort to build relationships have become new business lines. As a result, at some point we realized that we had more to offer and “Implant HR” was not fully communicating the same.

 TalentMoon comes from our vision to touch every aspect of human potential and to translate it to better productivity. A larger service offering that covers the whole gamut of services from Talent Acquisition to Talent Management and Human Capital consulting is only a natural follow up of this vision. Moon, Chandra in Sanskrit, is considered to be the master of the mind and signifies brightness. It is also symbolic of the adventurous spirit & the courage to take up the new.

TalentMoon is now well poised to deliver this promise through a larger team, better geographical reach, and better skills
